I’m offering a limited number of 45 minute Coaching Call's designed to get you moving in the right direction.
In our call, we can focus on:
- Answering your specific questions related to any physical or mental barriers that you have been facing that are impacting your ability to be active and/or exercise.
- Fear and uncertainty surrounding a current or previous injury, and your current strategy or lack of strategy for addressing it.
- Your current fitness regimen or lack there-of, while I suggest actionable changes you can make to see an immediate difference.
Anything is fair game and I love brainstorming unique strategies for getting people on the path to better health!
